Local optical-mark reader — scan paper sheets with your phone
About
OPTIBubble turns your computer into a local optical mark reader. Print the answer sheets, photograph them with any phone browser over your own Wi-Fi, and see the results on your computer — in milliseconds, with zero cloud involvement. No cloud, no account, nothing to install on the phone. It reads filled bubbles reliably, flags ambiguous marks (blank, double-marked, faint) for review with cropped evidence images, and exports verified results to CSV instantly. A4 and US Letter are both supported, from 2 to 102 questions. 100% local: everything runs on your machine.
