About

Select some text and LinuxPop pops up a little bar of buttons that fit what you grabbed: search it, copy it, open links and paths, send it to an AI assistant, encode or decode it, translate it, run it as a quick script. It's the PopClip idea from macOS, done for Linux. Works on X11 and on KDE Plasma 6 / Wayland. Highlights: - Floating action popup that appears at your text selection - Runs on both X11 and KDE Plasma 6 / Wayland - Context-aware buttons (URL decode only shows on encoded URLs, etc.) - Send any selection to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or local Ollama - In-place translation bubble with a language picker - Clipboard manager + snippets picker on a configurable hotkey - No-code recipe wizard for building your own custom buttons - Plugin marketplace with one-click install of community actions - Light and premium dark themes
