About

Cross-platform desktop app that prepares a PS2/PS1 library for Open PS2 Loader (OPL/RiptOPL) on a USB or MX4SIO drive. Ingests raw PS2 .iso and PS1 .cue/.bin, classifies CD vs DVD, converts PS1 to VCD with DISCS.TXT/VMCDIR.TXT, splits >4 GiB to USBExtreme for FAT32, and copies one file at a time to avoid fragmentation. Never modifies sources, validates DISCS.TXT/VMCDIR.TXT/ul.cfg before enqueue, and persists queue in SQLite for resume.
