About
PixelKit provides a system-wide color picker, configurable magnifier, color editor, QR and barcode scanner, and screen ruler for Linux. It follows the workflows of the Microsoft PowerToys utilities while using Linux-native X11 and freedesktop portal interfaces. The color tools include: - Pixel-accurate full-resolution sampling with picker and configurable magnifier tools - Sixteen built-in formats and editable PowerToys-compatible templates - Color names, clipboard copy, adjustment, variations, export and history The code scanner includes: - Automatic full-resolution detection of multiple QR codes and linear or 2D barcodes - Clearly numbered, color-configurable highlights with decoded text and format details - Local clipboard copy and explicit HTTP(S) link opening through the desktop portal The ruler includes: - Bounds, cross-spacing, horizontal and vertical measurement modes - Configurable edge tolerance, RGB-channel comparison and line color - Pixel, inch, centimetre and millimetre output
