About
FileID tags, dedupes, restructures, and renames tens of thousands of files locally — no cloud, no telemetry. Point it at a folder and on-device AI sorts your photos, documents, and media: automatic content tags, face grouping for people, duplicate and near-duplicate cleanup, deep document analysis, and a butler-grade restructure that proposes a tidy folder tree you can preview before applying. Everything runs on your machine: - Library — search by filename, tag, or extracted text; grid preview. - People — face clustering into named persons. - Cleanup — exact and perceptual near-duplicate detection. - Deep Analyze — opt-in vision-language analysis; requires a compatible external llama-mtmd-cli and is not yet available in the Flatpak sandbox. - Restructure — preview a proposed folder tree, then move or symlink. - Settings — pick models, tune thresholds, manage the local library. The only network egress is user-initiated AI model downloads from huggingface.co. No analytics, crash reporting, or update pings — ever.

Something concrete is wrong: the id claims a namespace this repository does not own, or the build does things a build should not. Flatsonar warns twice.
