About
Hangar is a native GNOME launcher for the AppImages you keep in ~/AppImages. It runs them by extracting first (no FUSE required), groups multiple builds of the same app together, and always launches the newest version — so dropping a new build in is all it takes to update. - FUSE-free: extracts and runs, so it works on immutable systems like Fedora Silverblue - Auto-switch: the newest build of an app is selected automatically - Rollback: previous versions stay available - Live: drops into ~/AppImages are picked up immediately
Permissions
1 permission weaken the sandbox. Flatsonar asks before installing.

Who publishes this
Something concrete is wrong: the id claims a namespace this repository does not own, or the build does things a build should not. Flatsonar warns twice.
