About

Belfry is a podcast client for GNOME that combines Overcast's audio engine (Smart Speed silence-skipping, Voice Boost compression and EQ) with Castro's Inbox to Queue triage model on top of a filesystem-canonical library. Per-show overrides for everything that affects playback. Streaming and background download. Bulk-action subscription management at scale. MPRIS2 integration for the GNOME media overlay and Bluetooth headset buttons. Local-first: no telemetry, no cloud, no recommendations.
